Together Purple Change Wellness® and Purple Change Wellness® Institute of Trauma Recovery and Well-Being work together to create an integrated healing experience that supports personal recovery, resilience, and long-term empowerment. Purple Change Wellness® specializes in EMDR therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, and stressful events where you may feel unable to move forward. Treatment is adaptive to diverse needs, including support for neurodivergent adults, while promoting self-awareness, healthier relationships, and sustainable well-being.

The Institute, currently is in its early stages of development as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, strengthens this mission by offering practical recovery supports for adults and reducing barriers to care through public education, workshops, community outreach, and career-focused services. Initial offerings include employment-related resources and group support. Through ongoing collaboration with graduate social work interns, the Institute continues to build community-centered programming that enhances trauma-informed wellness and expands access to meaningful opportunities.
